For one of our Key Clients we are urgently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Supply Chain. This assignment will combine two locations (Noordwijk & Marum)and the HR Business Partner will report to the HR Director Supply Chain.
HR Business Partner tasks:
Partner with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and coach management on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues and managing programs that help develop our employees
Act as a strategic and tactical business partner by advising the line managers, coach and challenge them. You will be working closely with the management team of your discipline.
Be an integral part of the leadership team of the location. It's important to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on people and organisational topics
Create the people strategy that will support us in realising our goals and ambitions. This means you need to think outside the box, use data to guide your work and feel comfortable in challenging convention and innovate
Lead several HR projects
